Installed a Auxbeam 52" RGB LED Light Bar on my 2012 Toyota Tundra and the fins on the back make a really annoying whistling noise. I Searched online and found companies selling back clips for $9 per clip. you need 8 of them for a 52" Lightbar so i just decided to print my own. I Found a file on Thingiverse by the maker Offroad_Rob and resized it in freeCAD to fit using my auxbeam bar. Dimensions are as follows: Front Face Face of bar-3 Inches Tall Front Face of Bar to Back fin 3.75 Inches. I Scaled the clips to be a hair smaller so its a tight fit. These may fit other bars with similar dimensions (Most of these lightbars come out of the same china factory) Adding these every 3-4 Inches apart with a thick bead of black silicone has removed almost all of the wind noise.
