This is the crucial connection between two single stands, linking them together so they won't slip away when moved or removed from the router. It's not a remix, but rather a direct link to the stand, making it easy for you to find and use. Four screws, each 3.5mm x 6mm in size, are required, along with similar types. Avoid using machine screws this time; instead, opt for those found inside gadgets made from plastic. There are two versions of these small parts available. One features a sunken hole for the screw head and is designed for shorter screws on hand. For longer screws, use the other version. Keep in mind that the x-part measures approximately 210mm in length, so smaller printers may struggle with this item. To print the parts easily, a 20% infill should suffice. PLA, ABS, or any other material will do; no raft or support is necessary. To assemble the connector, follow these steps: - Place the X-connector under the two bars, ensuring the flat side faces downward. - Position the four bushings on top of the bars. - Insert the bushings from the top into their designated slots. - Feed the screws through from underneath toward the bushings just placed on top. - Tighten the screws securely. Once the screw tips appear on the top side of the bushing, use a file to flatten them out.
