Awesome Moving Wings Cool wings which moves while moving your hands!!! There are 9 3d printed parts and 4 foam board wings. Print Settings Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: Delta Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2 Infill: 10% Assembly instructions BOM: 1 foam board sheet (100X70 cm) Hot glue gun + tubes 4 meters of pants rubber (2-2.5 cm width) 2 non woven fabric sheets (110X180 cm) 9 3d printed parts (detailed below) 4 m of 4 mm paracord (550) Printing The Parts Print: 4 Top Buckles 4 Top Buckle Pins 1 Center Buckles Cutting The Wings Draw 2 of each of the wings drawing above on the foam board sheet. make sure to have enough space for all the 4 wings. Cut the wings using a utility knife (BE CAREFUL!). Cutting The Feathers Draw as many feathers as you can on the non woven fabric. You can chose their size as you like. Than, glue the feathers on the wings (hot glue recommended). Connecting The Printed Parts Insert a "Top Buckle Pin" in each hole of the wings which is not on the tip of it. Put some hot glue on the tip of the pin and insert it into the hole of the "Top Buckle". NOTICE: BEFORE gluing, make sure that the pin fits the hole. If not, enlarge the hole. Inserting The Wings On The Straps Cut 3 straps of rubber which fits around your body. On the first strap, insert the "Center buckle". On the second strap, insert the two small wings. Make sure they are in the right direction. On the third strap, insert the two large wings. Make sure they are in the right direction. Tying The Straps Tie the first strap on your waist, such as the "Center buckle" will be on the middle of your back. Tie the third strap under the armpit, in a way that the "Top Buckles" will each be on the edge of the back. Tie the second strap between the first and the third, in a way that the "Top Buckles" will each be on the edge of the back. Connecting The Paracord - Big Wings In this part you will need help from another person. Tie the end of the cord to the hole on the edge of one of the upper wings. Insert the rope through the "Center Buckle" and hole it with your hand. Do so with the other upper wing (with a different piece of cord). Connecting The Paracord - Small Wings Hold the upper wings in an open position (with your hands up). Connect another piece of cord to the hole on the edge of one of the smaller wings. Pull the cord to the position you would like it to be while it's open, and tie it to the cord of the big wing on the same side just above the "Center Buckle". Do so with the last wing (with a different piece of cord). Doen! closed open
