Axe Head Fit Gauge

Axe Head Fit Gauge

thingiverse

I was axed [can't resist the pun] to make this by a friend. It is a fit gauge to check that an axe head is sharpened to the correct angle. 20° for cutting axes and 25° for splitting axes. Go ahead and print at as low a resolution as you dare, then run the edge of the blade through the appropriate slot, and voila! you can tell if your axe need some tender love and care, or if you've gone a bit too far. Print Settings Printer: M3D Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: No Resolution: Any Infill: Some, there is a large flat surface on top
