Axial flux generator

Axial flux generator

thingiverse

Hello, That's all the files you need to make an axial flux generator. All parts are designed to be easily printed in the largest number of printers and for a very easy assembly. The central plateau consists of 9 coils connected in series star and glued between two pieces of PLA (ex: with epoxy glue). I used 0.5mm diameter copper 9x 15 meters. The magnet plates are made of neodymium magnets 20mmx10mmx10mm 12 each. They are also fixed with an epoxy glue. All metal used is stainless steel, except the threaded rods which are made of brass (to be less expensive). I "straightens" then the current with two diode bridges connected between the three phases. I hope I was clear in my explanation and my translation, but I can do diagrams if necessary. Feel free to contact me on my email address (magic_mushrooms@hotmail.fr) if you need me to help you build or I send you some items. I can also offer you a kit with all the components you need to build this generator at the best prices and also provide you the .stl files in high definition. good print
