I wanted protection for the balance and discharge leads on my SCX24 LiPo battery packs. However, I wanted something that wouldn't easily be lost. If you use the included charger for your SCX24, or another charger that does it all through the balance lead, you should never have to remove this cap, thus minimizing the risk of losing it, since at any given time, you're only going to need one plug or the other. Fitment is snug, but not tight, intentionally. Adjust dimensions in your slicer if you desire a different result, but I encourage you to print one and try it out before adjusting it.
