Axial SCX24 transmitter phone holder (front) for video recording

Specialy designed to fit the Axial SCX24 transmitter AX-4 inside. This fixture will support your phone for video recording in the meantime you are driving your model. This is the front recording version meaning the phone is holded on the front of the tansmitter. Other version with the phone on the side is available. See other pulication. Nothing to add or glule or stick on your transmitter. Just stick a metal plate on the back of your phone. You probably have one for your phone holder in your car. If not you can find everywhere on Ebay for example. You need 18 wood screws 2.5mm x 12mm. All parts are printed in PLA, without support infill 25% and 3 walls. The long part has to be rigid then please increase infill and walls for this part. A small piece of foam could help to avoid any gap at the front depending of your print and transmitter. 4 neodym magnets diameter 15mm x 3mm or 4mm thickness are required to keep your phone in place. It can be found on Ebay or Amazon. With 15x4 neodym magnets from Amazon 2 magnets in diagonall where enough. 22/10/2020 addition : Christian asked me to have the magnets plate at the ends of the 90 °arm, due to steel plate positionning on his phone. Then I made two, one with magnets at the angle and one with the magnets at the end of the arm. Choose the one according to your phone and steel plate positionning.
