FRESH START MONDAY. This is a Guard Plate for an axminster Band Saw. A Friend of mine broke his from his shed, so I've drawn this up for the 20th April 2015 Design a Day reboot. What went wrong? It Broke. What went wrong with my "Design a Day"? I lost mojo. This has a 45deg chamfer on one side to allow th bedplate to tilt and cut at different angles. I would recommend this is CNC cut, not 3D Printed. If you MUST 3D print, please acetone paint before use. This is the basis for Tuesday's "Design a Day" - http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:780908 It has the extra holes the original had.
