Here's an Azul player board organizer that fits the 2018 USA player board. The wooden scoring marker is larger then the spaces on the board, which makes the holes in the organizer too small, so I've provided an 8mm x 8mm x 8mm cube to print. if you encounter elephant's foot when printing it be sure to use the "intial layer horizontal expansion" setting with a negative offset of half the measured elephant's foot (as CHEP describes on YouTube) in Cura to fix it
