Azula's belt buckle

Azula's belt buckle

I designed a buckle for Azula's belt that could hold up to normal body movements like crouching, sitting, and stretching without bending or breaking. It's a flat piece that requires no supports or raft, and however much infill you want for added durability. 25% worked just fine for me when I wore it for several hours at a big convention. It's proportional to my height at 5'3" but if you're significantly taller you may consider scaling it up a little. After printing and painting, I used contact cement to attach a loop of nylon/polypropylene webbing to the back so I could slide it over the buckle of another belt I used with a stretch fabric gold tube I sewed as a belt cover. However, you're welcome to remix it with new fittings on the back for whatever works best for you.
