Porch Door Handle

Porch Door Handle

thingiverse

Designed this as a replacement for a broken porch door handle. Upper and lower part fit together tightly, though some experimentation with horizontal expansion (a Cura setting for horizontal offsets) may be required to get a good fit (I settled on -0.1, though that may be far from what you need). While I printed a prototype in PLA, I would recommend you print these parts in PETG due to its superior weather resistance. I would also recommend dialing in your linear advance factor (or use coasting), otherwise the parts may not fit together at all. Printing instructions: This part is designed to be printed with a line width of 0.5.
