Adaptor to use B-Grip quick-release plates ( http://www.bgrip.com/ ) on Manfrotto MA-323/3299 (or Calumet labeled equivalent) tripods. Grab the camera from your belt, click it into your monopod, aim, shoot! Instructions This is the first version, I'm currently printing and testing it but it is still a work in progress. Update: First test a success!
