B2D Extruder - Dual Flange Bearing Connector

This is a Dual Flange Bearing Connector upgrade for the B2D extruder. The original would bend, causing side loads on the bearing and wearing the bearings out, and it eventually broke. The bearing pusher is also redesigned for this upgrade. The bolts holding the bearings are now 16mm. Been printing for a few days now seems very strong!
