I bought a second-hand Baby Jogger City Select stroller, but the cover for the second seat location is missing, so I modeled this part, seems to be a good fit. The model comes in two parts, you can merge them and print in one piece, but I recommend printing them separately and super-glue them together, so that you can use different print orientation and filling pattern for each part, to achieve a good strength-cost balance.
