Unable to find a drawer lock to my liking, i designed my own. To me, baby proofing drawer locks should be: - practical to use - simple and cheap I'm very happy with the result. The draw back to this design is it can not be used if recessed into the cabinet, leaving no sides exposed. See the installed ones in action. I'm using 1mm thick double sided adhesive tape to fix them. https://youtu.be/kbR2s7yy23M The one i did for toilet lid, has just longer arms. I've installed this to IKEA Malm drawers, BESTA Tv cabinet, Toilet lid, and some of the kitchen cabinets. I'm now looking for a solution for the IKEA expedit drawers, and doors.
