Baby Proofing Corner Guards

Baby Proofing Corner Guards

I was looking for a corner-guard design for baby proofing my home; found one by "ffleurey" (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:139473) in thingiverse. It is a cool design (with an awesome photograph) but it is appropriate for tables of 25mm thickness. It has an horizontal rib at 25mm - because of which it does not fit if table thickness is more than 25mm or it is a box-shaped furniture. Also, top is horizontally cut, which looks good but I wanted one with completely spherical shape. So I have designed one in Fusion 360, out of 50mm sphere. Top is horizontally cut here too and it will be printed upside down to avoid supports, but the cut-out portion is another STL - so if you want a sphere, you can glue them together. Notes: - It doesn't need support/brim/skirts. I could print it neatly on my i3Mini (without heated bed). - I have used 5% infill, it is light weighted and completes within ~23+7mins. - Layer hight was 0.24 and printed out of Wanhao black PLA. - Good to print two parts separately. If put together in single gcode, it would take more time and travel between two bodies can cause stringing or improper finish.
