This is a remix of “Shape Tray Toy for Baby” by Phaedrux: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3388702 Baby’s First Shape Puzzle – with “Maxi-Tray” This is the Shape Tray Toy for Babies with enlarged shape-figures and a smaller tray. For my guess, the tray with 25 mm is rather thick, the figures are only 18 mm inserted into the tray. The thick bottom of 7 mm has been reduced to 2 mm. The Tray dimensions are 228x188x20 mm -the material consumption is thus reduced to 78%. The handle of the shape-figures was also a bit mischievous for toddlers. The present shape-figures were widened in the X and Y direction by 6% each and the height was extended by 20% from 30 to 36 mm. Thus, the danger for toddlers is significantly reduced if they want to put the figures in their mouths. The shapes and the tray are nicely rounded und the added grooves on the bottom of the tray are advantageous for the handgrip and reduces warping on the printer bed. Attention: When using my printer files, do not shrink the 9 shape-figures under any circumstances. If you want to save material on the tray, simply reduce the Z-height of the tablet in the slicer for example to 75% and print the tray with a thickness of 15 mm. The tray dimensions of the present “Tray-Maxi” are suitable for 3D printers with a printing bed of 250x200 mm or larger and have been successfully printed with both an Original Prusa i3MK3S and a Craftbot Plus. The puzzle pieces should be printed advantageously in PLA or PETG, as these materials are easy to print and produce only a few emissions during printing. I have successfully printed the parts with Prusament PLA and Prusament PETG. ------- Baby's erstes Form Puzzle mit «Maxi-Tray» Dies ist das Shape Tray Toy for Babys mit vergrösserten Formfiguren und einem kleinerem Tablett. Für mein ermessen ist das Tablett mit 25 mm eher dick, die Figuren werden ja nur 18 mm in das Tablett eingesetzt. Der dicke Boden von 7 mm wurde auf 2 mm reduziert. Die Tablett Abmessungen betragen 228x188x20 mm - der Materialverbrauch reduziert sich somit auf 78%. Der Griff der Figuren war auch für Kleinkinder etwas mickrig. Die vorliegenden Figuren wurden in X- und Y-Richtung je um 6 % vergrössert und die Höhe um 20% von 30 auf 36 mm verlängert. Somit reduziert sich die Gefahr für Kleinkinder erheblich, wenn diese die Figuren in den Mund nehmen wollen. Die Puzzleteile und das Tablett sind schön abgerundet und die zusätzlichen Nuten auf der Unterseite des Tabletts sind vorteilhaft für den Handgriff und reduzieren das Warping auf dem Druckerbett. Achtung: Bei Verwendung meiner Drucker-Files die 9 Formfiguren unter keinen Umständen verkleinern. Wenn Sie Material am Tablett sparen wollen, dann einfach die Z-Höhe des Tabletts im Slicer auf z.B. 75% reduzieren und das Tablett mit einer Dicke von 15 mm drucken. Die Tablett Abmessungen vom vorliegenden «Tray-Maxi» eignen sich für 3D-Drucker mit einem Druckbett von 250x200 mm oder grösser und wurden auch mit einem Original Prusa i3MK3S und einem Craftbot Plus erfolgreich ausgedruckt. Die Puzzleteile sollen vorteilhaft in PLA oder PETG gedruckt werden, da diese Werkstoffe einfach zu drucken sind und nur wenige Emissionen während dem Druck erzeugen.
