Little babies and toddlers are not knowing how a door works. They hold the door from the side push and pull very dangerously. Without any protection they can squeeze their hands in the door gap. This removable door guard / bumper, prevent child getting fingers jammed as bumper keeps a gap around 3cm. This distance is large enough to protect even an adult hand. The protecter also protects the door from slams thanks to suspension feature in the bumper. I designed for 45mm doors. It can fit also between 43-46mm. Tested by me at home with our toddler, project finalised.
