UPDATE: APR 2018 After two years of usage, the clip broke so I wanted to print another one, but CURA did not like the design with all the holes in it. So: New version designed in fusion 360 Have FUN! UPDATE: APR 2016 I've designed a closed loop version to give it the strength it needs, the "pins" are left long enough to file them down as necessary. If you want to print it in ABS it could work with the original file, so I left it attached. FEB 2016 After testing it showed that it has to be aprox. 3mm tigther JAN 2016 This replaces the Clip on a Philips Avent Babyphone. The Phone is no longer sold, and the Clip can not be bought as sparepart. Print Settings Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: Prusa I3 Rafts: Yes Supports: No Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 100% Notes: Closed loop Version works in PLA Open version should be printed in ABS for stiffnes. Rafts are optional the open version printed fine with rafts; the closed loop version printed fine without. Slic3r didn't slice it very well... CURA did.
