I made these cups to fit on the Koss KSC75 ear headphones. The clip that comes with them just snaps off without breaking. The notch is for the wire to the headphone. The small hole is for the nub that holds the ear clips on to stick out. I am still trying them in my 3/4 helmet. It is a snug fit. I need to work the top of my ear up over the headphone when I put the helmet on. They sound 20x better then the stock Sena speakers. I used round velcro on the back to hold them in the helmet. I still have the Sena velcro in the helmet. I am currently just holding them to the speaker with rolled gaff tape. You could use 2 sided tape or glue it.
