I made a back pain relief tool to use since my back seizes up constantly. I lay on it, cross my arms, and lift my butt out of the air and "relax" into it. Since I've been using it, I haven't had any issues with back seizures. Place your spine in between the ridges evenly. This design fits on a 250mm wide printer space. If you need modifications feel free to reach out, my model is parameterized. 1) I usually print with a 3mm brim to help adhesion 2) I print a 0.2 layer height set for highest speed (~10 hours on my printer)
