This is the taillight housing for a Polaris Indy 500 SKS from 1992. I made this for a work buddy's vintage snowmobile when he told me that a new taillight housing was nowhere to find. The glass can be found but not the housing. After alot of hours on FreeCAD, a couple of test and fail prints and a successful 14 hour print I managed to get one out for him and even the light sockets fit perfectly right away. What a feeling. I used PETG for this print when it should reside outside in the winter. ABS is probably a better choice if you got the equipment for it. I printed it face down which gave me some pain with removing all support, but printing in another direction can also be tricky when the edges tend to warp easily. I used blue painters tape to try to hold it down and it still warped a little bit. Thankfully not enough to be a problem
