Bacteria "Race Tracks" -- For Swimming/Swarming Bacteria

This is a small 4 lane bacteria motility plate. Each lane can hold 2.2ml but I usually only fill them with 2.0ml of agar. The agar needs to be extra wet especially with such small volumes. Instructions I used a drilled out nozzle to print 0.5mm layers and 1.2mm line widths. With such large layers, print temp was higher, about 225 and only printing at about 15mm/second. But, with those parameters this takes only 20 minutes to print.
