#Bad-Ass Ratchet

This design or rather invention was one of about a dozen or so designs I came up with while trying to modernize the common ratchet. It's one of my favorites and I even submitted it to Apex Tool Group via their Inventor submission portal about a year and half ago. However I never got a response, which was a bit surprising since THEY were the ones asking for solicitations, not the other way around. However, I can appreciate the fact the the device would require quite a bit of re-tooling for manufacturing which naturally equals a considerable amount of cash, and that is probably why something like this may never make it to market. Whatever the case, if it ever does...you know who the #Bad-Ass was who invented it. ; )
