The bafang hydraulic brake sensor mounts are difficult to mount on older pre 2012 Shimano hydraulic brakes with the open reservoirs. After fruitlessly trying to glue the magnets on my levers, I created mounts to hold the magnets. Locking tabs built into the mount means these secure to your levers without glue. Place the sensor as seen in the photo and they should register properly.
