Bag holder for bag-in-the-box -type juice bag filling

This is a practical tool for holding the cider/juice bag during filling and closing operation. It is designed for standard Bag in Box juice bags (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bag-in-box). The bags can be found from many suppliers, e.g. https://multipack.ee/shop/en/food-packaging/bag-in-box It is big and strong enough to fill easily 1...5 liter bags (and possibly larger). It locks flange of the bag and hold the bag securely in place, so you can fill the bag easily and close the opening with the tap. The original holders are made of stainless steel sheet metal; they are too flexible and lightweight, so oftentimes they don't hold the bag stable enough.
