This is a relatively simple design to fix a simple problem. My band just bought a batch of Orchestra Bb chanters. The problem is the standard drones can't tune down to 466. The normal solution is drone extenders that attach to the reed at the bottom of the drone. Not a big deal but when you change back to a standard chanter you have to pull out your drones to take the extenders out. These extenders plug into the top of the drone. The seats a layer of hemp or maybe some double stick tape. Then you just stick them in the top of the drone, firmly, and go on your way. I've been testing these for the past week and they work fine. I played with the sizes so my drones tune at about the same spot at 466 with the extenders as they do at 478 without. That's just for me and probably won't be the same for you but they do work. The prototypes I printed in black PETG. I ordered a roll of clear PETG to try and make them less visible. If you have imitation ivory then you could probably find a color of filament that will match. Place them on the bed with the top flat to the build plate. No supports are needed. There are two files, one Bass and one Tenor. Obviously you need two tenors...
