<p>Lame (/lɑːm, læm/) is a double-sided blade that is used to slash the tops of bread loaves in artisan baking. A lame is used to score (also called slashing or docking) bread just before the bread is placed in the oven.</p> <p>To assemble you will need:</p> <ul> <li>2 pcs M5x10 mm bolts </li> <li>2 pcs M5 nuts</li> <li>extra safety knob to prevent accidental cut if you would want to remove the cover by pushing it out with your thumb </li> <li>a bit more streamlined safety cover</li> </ul>
