Balance Board Wobble-knob

Balance Board Wobble-knob

This year i started a work-from-home journey due to COVID-19's impact on my office. I bought a standing desk to give me a more dynamic stance that would assist with concentration. After a week with my new standing desk i began to notice that feet were sore and i was stiff/tense in different muscles. Balance boards are not exactly cheap and I decided to 3d print my own balance board wobble-knob. There were a few good designs online but none that met all my specific needs: + can be printed on my printer (ender 5 pro, 220x220x300mm print area). + has a wider contact-point on the ground for a more distributed footprint (won't grind the floor as badly? testing needed). + Ideal for oblong boards. + wobbles on both X and Y axis. This design is composed of 2 pieces that need to be printed 2x each. The tabs can be slotted and glued together, or not. Using MK6 screws it can be mounted to a board. I think the screws should have tapered heads and the nut should be on the bottom to fit into the notches on the wobble-knob. For prototyping i used https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4462375 as a test. I definitely would use metal in a final product.
