Use to balance things that rotate like wheels, propellers, driveshafts. Instructions You will need two balancers to balance objects on so print out two of each part. You also need to clean up the flashing on the wheels carefully so as to not to make a flat spot; I was too lazy before I took the picture :) Additional hardware you will need to assemble: 4x 608 bearings 2x 5/16 or 8mm x ?? long metal rod. (Length depends on what you want to balance) 4x 5/16 or 8mm bolt 4x 5/16 or 8mm nuts 12x washers NOTE: When printing has completed on the balance disks quickly press in the 608 bearing before it cools down. Once it cools down the plasitc will shrink down on the bearing creating a light press fit. Don't worry if you get the bearing in a little crooked, you can, with generous force, square the bearing up to the wheel after it has cooled. Place one washer between each balance disk and the balancer base. Extra washers are for shimming if required. It is important the disks do not touch. Insert the rods into the lower holes and space the balancers so your thing to be balance fits between them.
