Based on the design from chesterakl, "Butterfly" style bread lame https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3336122 This is a very useful and compact accessory for any bread lover that makes their own. The original design is one of the best I've found for this application, but the closed handle might touch the ultra-delicate blade, plus I don't personally like glue. This design changes the clamp bit to accommodate M3 countersunk screws to hold the two bit together and prevents the handle from touching the blade. There is a bit of improved holding system as well, fixing the blade more safely.
