Ball and Socket Joint - all in one print. Test object for dissolvable supports

thingiverse

I was looking for an object today that would be a good application of using dissolvable supports in Simplify 3D. I didn't seen anything that interested me, so I decided to model something on my lunch hour. It doesn't serve any particular function - even though it looks like it might. The thread on top is M8'ish - although I won't guarantee the accuracy. The clearance between the ball and the socket is exactly 0.4mm all around. After lunch I tried to slice it in Simplify 3D, but I could not get it to generate solid support material in the gap. I had the support material resolution in S3D maxed out at 1mm (you can't go any lower). I'd love to see if anyone else can generate solid dissolvable supports for this object and print it out. Modeled in DesignSpark Mechanical.
