This is an flanged ball bearing holder for UBC6000Z (10mm inner ring, 26mm outer diameter and 8mm thickness, http://www.dealextreme.com/p/ubc-6000-2z-precision-steel-bearing-inner-ring-1cm-21666) and 3 x M3 socket cap screw housings (bearing fastening and holder fixation). Instructions You will need some sandpaper work to bring material excess to minimum (due to precise holder dimensions and printing distortion by over temperature or material caracteristiscs). All the M3 socket caps screws housing must be aliviated for easy fastening. Pay attention to one side of bearing fastening (opposite side of the screw cap housing) that need to be tapped/threaded for M3 bolting (or you would put an M3 nut after drilling through that hole). Recommended M3 bolt length: 25mm, http://www.mcmaster.com/#socket-head-cap-screws (or 30mm if you intend to use a nut, http://www.mcmaster.com/#hex-nuts). Preferably printed on MakerBot ThingOMatic with stepstruder MK6 (or you will need some very trickly adjustments, mainly to oozebane the profile).
