My design of printable ball joint. Ball hole is 5.1mm Rod hole is 4.9mm (should be threaded with m5 tap for easy screw in. Rod hole length is 20mm Ball / housing spacing is 0.6mm No support needed Those settings worked best on Zortrax m200 with Z-Ultrat filament (ABS based) If it is possible, please download a file from my 2nd account - https://www.printables.com/model/461610-ball-joint-rod-end-for-m5-screws (I will earn some points there, thank you.)
