Old project from a long time ago. Adapted from another toy. Print using PLA (may work in PETG, but I haven't tried it).

In the end, this was too picky when it came to ball size and hard to get to the point where it would be 100% reliable. For our games we mostly ended up using a different style launcher that wasn't so picky when it came to the ball size.

I honestly don't remember which springs I used, but I'm pretty sure they came from the spring kit posted below. Also uses a single screw, I'm not sure which but it likely also comes in the screw kit posted below. Some superglue was also required if I remember correctly.

If there is sufficient demand I will take one apart and try to figure out the exact pieces used. But I recommend people just look through the models to learn how the device works and then design your own, this was honestly one of the first things I designed and the techniques used were not the best.

Source files (using sketchup make) are provided, as it will likely need to be fine tuned to the marble size.

I believe the Spring Kit used was this one (amazon) https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000K7M36W

I believe the Screw Kit used was this one (amazon) https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07GL1TCBR

And the wooden balls it shoots (amazon) https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01EI821IS

Video of the device being used:

<oembed url="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z6iKpwxpkaw"></oembed>
