Cut your balloon tails, ribbon, fishing line, etc., safely with a belt cutter. Fits a 23mm x 6mm (or smaller) razor blade (I stole it from a dollar store pencil sharpener.) Inset nicely so it's harder to cut yourself on, and small enough to slip into a pocket when finished. A dab of super glue keeps the press fit from falling apart over time and use. Edit: I don't know if these'll fit, I don't see why they wouldn't.
