BallPen

Hi everyone, I like ballpens but finding comfortable one with high quality cartridge isn’t the easiest thing on earth and cheapest. So I made my own, capable using more cartridges. I’m now using these about a year and made a lot of changes to original design. BallPen is in two variants, normal and WH (without hole) which doesn’t include hole on the tip for checking ink level The cheapest one is for Tesco Comfort Ballpoint Pen. It costs around 1€ for pair of two. For its price it has very nice thick line. Pilot G2. Costs more, around 2€ for piece. You can choose line thickness and color, but you need to buy whole pen for the spring. It’s my personal advice if you don’t know with one. Pilot G-TEC 0,4 Thinnest cartridge it says 0,4 but leave line about 0,1mm. Problem there is price around 3€ for just cartridge and you will still need another ballpen to take apart and salvage spring. For making one by yourself, you will need: Bend the print on two places. At the end of the clip and then right next to the body of the pen. Two screws: M3 10mm M4 10mm And spring, first two mentioned pens came with the spring but the third don’t. If you have any problems or questions, let me know in the comment section.
