Bally Chimes Pin - Spacer

Bally Chimes Pin - Spacer

thingiverse

This is a spacer / pin I designed for the Chimes units used in Bally electromechanical and early solid state pinball games. Normally, Bally used rubber grommets and brass bushings. Often, these are crushed and destroyed in the past by someone tightening the 5/16" nuts too much. I had a hard time finding suitable grommets which is the reason I designed this simple pin or spacer. You will need standard 5/16" rubber rings as well on which the bars will rest, each bar will need 2, 1 at each side. The rings will isloate the bars from the frame. Refer to the added pictures; that will hopefully make things more clear. Installation order: - Install 5/16" rubber rings - Install bars - Install printed pins/spacers - Install and tighten 5/16" nuts and washers
