Maybe one of the most used tools in Radio Control Aircraft Building. A Tool to cut your balsa wood in strips, from 5-30mm width. Printed on the 100x100mm Thing-o-Matic 3D Printer , with Black ABS, 20% Fill. Instructions Additional Material Needed: 1 x 70mm x 4mm threaded rod 3 x 4mm washers 8 x 4mm Nuts 3 x 10 x 3mm self tapping screws How to Build. Assemble in the following sequense on the 4mm threaded rod. 4mm Nut - Turn Wheel - 4mm Nut - Washer - Press through slider - - 4mm Washer - 4mm Nut - 4mm Nut - 4mmNut - Slide Guide - 4mm Nut - 4mm Nut - 4mm Nut - 4mm Washer - Press through slider. Put the assembled unit, Slide Guide in the Bottom Plate Square Hole. Attached the Top Plate to secure the slide with a 3mm Selftapping screw. Attach the Blade holder / Blade with 2 x 3mm Screws Most hobby blades will fit and work. Sorry guys, I know my assembly instructions is poor, so if someone want to assists.. I'll appreciate.
