I have found original part as the closest fit to M64 model. Original one is usable with a few snaps with cutting pliers. Eventually I got fed up of holes for non existing connectors and decided to remix it for Allwinner A64 BananaPi-M64 model. This case is exposing: USBs, Ethernet, HDMI, OTG USB, power adapter, uSD card, RES, PWR buttons, IR remote, LEDs and Microphone and Audio jack. New holes are not aligned perfectly, but good enough.
