Bandsaw Control Handle

Bandsaw Control Handle

thingiverse

Control handle for a Bernardo EBS 100 C portable metal bandsaw The original one was broken and was arquard in handling, as it's power Switch had to be pressed permanently during Operation. The new handle features a bistable (on-off) switch - now the saw can work on it's own while sawing eg. a 100mm round steel bar, which takes quite a while - time for a coffee break :-) The switch is a common Snap-in type for a 20mm round hole with 1/4" AMP contacts, which replaces the original one without soldering. Print Settings Printer: Prusa I3 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2mm layer Infill: 20% Notes: Print as designed in stl. Be sure Printer is well calibrated for a good fit of the M16 thread. Sand for a smooth Surface and spray paint.
