This is very much a work in progress, the scale is not defined, fit not even guaranteed, going by trial and error. The existing CAD programs didn't work anymore and can not be edited anymore. Now drawing in Openscad. Only just completed the suspension carrier with suspension arms and wheels. It looks very similar to the BV206 track carrier but will likely end up as a tracked platform. 2017-11-11: Added prototype coupling, doesn't fit a driveshaft, not even going there at this point. I think the coupling is just a marvel of modern engineering I wanted to recreate. Direction using a t5 belt and a beefy servo upside down. Sprockets and track links don't match up yet, made for T5 belt in 2 or 3 strings, offset the beginning and end by a few links for maximum strength Turns out that 20x25x20 Alu rail isn't common, 25x25x25 is. Very well then. Most pivot points don't have bearings, should hopefully make it low maintenance and low cost but increased resistance, shouldn't really be a issue. The suspension is based on elastic bands, have not researched which lengths. Obvious glaring lack of drive system. Basic bucket resting on the tubes in the middle and driving the sprockets with a dogbone. 2 Drive motors for directional control, similar for 2nd carriage if that ever comes around.
