Bangladesh Rickshaw

A few months ago I created a 3D Model of a Bangladeshi Rickshaw as part of my Senior Thesis Art Project. In response to the COVID-19 Pandemic and for the sake of public safety, the art exhibition was canceled, and most of our projects remained incomplete. However, I decided to follow through on at least one of the works I made. Rickshaws are a staple of life in Bangladesh, specifically in big cities like Dhaka where every method of transportation is welcome. I have fond memories of visiting my family there, and seeing waves of rickshaws gracing the streets with their bright colors and poetic imagery. It was a pleasure to recreate one aspect of my Bengali culture and I hope to make more models like this in the future! Responsible for all aspects: (modeling, shading/texturing)
