This thing was made with Tinkercad. Edit it online https://www.tinkercad.com/things/c0JRQAxM277 Add a little paracord with the inner threads pulled out. Insert the paracord up from the bottom, and push out the sides (if you see what I mean). Then tie a knot, cut off the extra, melt it a bit, and pull it tight into the recess (on both sides). Then loop it through your banjo j-hooks where you like best.
