Bank Bag Perforation Tool

I run a retail store and we bought a large volume of bank bags for our daily deposits. The book keeper bemoaned that they weren't as good as the last ones we had. As the current ones didn't have a perforated area to tear them open after they were glued shut. I suggested scissors, fell on deaf ears... I can't argue with her cause she signs the paychecks! Came up with this little tool to perforate the bags so they are easy to tear open. Paycheck got signed, everyone was happy. Requires some 1" or 1.25" #10-24 bolts and nuts. I super glued the nuts on they wouldn't back off.
