I don't like the huge and ugly original volume knob. So I drew one by taking a look at the UV-9R Plus one. It also features a reference notch.To be printed with flex or semiflex filament, tipically TPU it's a good choice.You can choose to print and keep 1mm of brim which will act as a lip seal. I also included the step file for any changes to the internal diameter in accordance with the output of your 3D printer. [EDIT 10/24/2019]GT-5TP_vol_knob_V7.stl added.Due to a probable plunger effect that can spontaneously extract the knob after some time from the installation, I have designed a way out for the air that is compressed during insertion.
