I have the same problem as most with the UV-5R. If you move the headset plug slightly, the radio will no longer work. There is already a solution for this here. However, I didn't like it because it is too bulky and you have to buy screws. The original screws can be used for this part. I recommend PLA because it is less flexible. I recommend 100% infill.
