Printable bar end shifter designed for bicycles with tt aero bars, drop bars, bullhorn bars etc. This is the better version of my other bar end shifter design. Parts need for assembly; Print 2 of spacer. 1 x M5 allen head screw (At least 35mm). Tighten this bolt to install shifter inside handlebar. 1 x M5 allen head screw (25mm). Tighten this bolt to adjust shifter friction 2 x M3 allen head screw (25mm). 2 x M5 nut. 2 x M3 nut. 1 x 3/4"(19mm) fibre washer (For maintaining the shifters friction in wet conditions) 1 x Rubber o-ring (15mm diameter)(To hold spacers together)
