A low-poly 3D building model at level 1 is provided for download. It's compatible with Vray and Scanline render engines and can be imported in multiple formats. This model is one of ten upgradable levels. Along with the model, you get all the materials, textures, unwrapped UVs for easy texture customization, optimized linear workflow gamma 2.2 textures, and a game-ready design tested in Unity. It's modular, allowing duplication, snapping, and quick creation of blocks. The model comes with one texture (2048x2048) and is available in various formats such as max 9 Vray, max 9 standard materials (scanline), C4D, 3DS, FBX, DAE, and OBJ.
