Barad-dûr Dice Tower with One Ring

I made the "One Ring" dice bowl by Skar84 months ago, but I saw the Barad-dûr dice tower by lrpetey and just had to have it. The original dice tower had a fence that was good, but made it somewhat difficult to print, so I wanted to remove the fence. While doing it, I decided to just replace the fence with The One Ring.
